Stay in a room with a traditional hearth and enjoy a special selection of charcoal-grilled wild boar, deer meat, and game meat.
A Type

  While sitting around the hearth, you can enjoy carefully selected wild boar (from Ishikawa Prefecture) and venison (from Hokkaido), grilled over charcoal along with mountain vegetable dishes, yamame trout, and fresh vegetables.
  When you hear the word "game meat," you may imagine the unique flavors of wild animal meat. However, the meat of wild boar and deer that roam the fields and mountains is low in fat and has a light, lean taste with a focus on lean red meat.
  Low in fat and high in protein, wild boar and deer meat is also rich in vitamins and minerals, making it a recommended choice for those who are conscious of their health and beauty.

  Rooms with hearths are not available for children. Reservations are accepted for elementary school students and older.

  Drink

  There are various kinds of local sake "Kisho" from Akigawa.
  The innkeeper of Kabuto-ya recommends fine sake from all over Japan.

  There is Kirin beer's craft beer, Braumeister, made with 100% malt and 100% hops called Heartland Beer, which is not advertised.





   Characteristics

  In the case of 15 or more guests, mochi pounding will be held at the main entrance, and guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat suiton and mochi.

  The guest rooms in the new building are all two connecting rooms with an irori hearth in each room.
  Rooms with irori hearth and bath (DX/SD/A/B) cannot be used by children (elementary school age and above).
  During the year-end and New Year period (December 29th to January 5th), there will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen per person to the seasonal rate.
  We accept reservations for a minimum of 2 guests.We accept reservations starting from the same date 3 months prior to the reservation date.
  The cancellation fee is free up to 8 days before the scheduled stay date.From 7 days before to 2 days before, a 30% fee will be charged. The day before, a 70% fee will be charged. On the day of the reservation, the full amount will be charged.
