However, venison meat from deer that roam the mountains is lean with very little fat, making it light and not overly gamey. It has a rich, deep flavor similar to lean beef. The standout feature of venison is its low calorie content. Additionally, it is low in fat, high in protein, and rich in vitamins and minerals. Our plan includes basic dishes centered around seasonal mountain vegetables, as well as enjoying wild boar hot pot. In recent years, game meat has been attracting attention for being high in protein, low in calories, and highly nutritious, making it a perfect healthy ingredient for athletes to build their bodies. Wild boar meat contains approximately 4 times more iron and 3 times more vitamin B12 than pork. The composition of fat in wild boar is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, similar to fish oil, making it a high-quality fat that does not easily accumulate in the body. ( Only C/D type )
